The Generation IV 111 3wt is a fast recovery nymph rod suited to fishing jig streamers or large nymphs on large, wide rivers. This rod loads with a single 2.5mm bead nymph, but has a quick action best suited to manipulating larger flies and setting the hook with flies up to size 2. The 111 3wt model will cast overhead well with a true 3wt fly line. It will also handle small indicators with nymph rigs, with maximum mending and line control and roll casting distance.
