Rhinogobius niger

Rhinogobius niger is a freshwater goby from Zhejiang Province, China. Like most river gobies, cool, clean, flowing water is appreciated. Males have flashes of red, green and gold, and both sexes have an interesting pattern of bars and spots across the cheek and back.
